Welcome to sephotoconvention.com, a convention operated by Southeast Photo Convention, LLC. This document constitutes a legally-binding agreement (“Agreement”) governing the terms of providing you with our service. Throughout this document, the words “Southeast Photo Convention,” “us,” “we,” and “our,” refer to us, Southeast Photo Convention, LLC, or our website, sephotoconvention.com, as is appropriate in the context of the use of the words. Likewise, the words “you” and “your” refer to you, the person who is being presented with this document for your agreement.
Convention Tickets
All tickets to the 2 day convention are non-refundable however you can transfer your ticket to another attendee within 15 days of purchasing. Tickets do not include transportation or traveling cost.
Personal Information
We collect and store information that you enter into the Website. To use at least some services on the Website, we collect limited personal information that can identify you or that can be used with other sources of information to identify you (“Personal Information”). For example, when you purchase an ticket via the Website, we collect personal information including your name, contact information, and credit-card information. When you register to enter a contest, we collect the information requested for the registration of those events. Any privacy concerns should be directed to ; we take all privacy concerns very seriously and will respond appropriately and quickly.
